While waterfront properties are my specialty, I also sell off water residential, acreage, farm and ranch and commercial properties. In 2020 Ebby Halliday acquired Johnson Monroe Realtors, the #1 Cedar Creek Lake Broker for 35 years. After a 15 year career with Johnson Monroe, I left as top producing agent and joined Ebby Halliday continuing my career as the #1 Agent at the #1 Real Estate Company at Cedar Creek Lake. In 2022 I sold over $43 million making me the top producing agent at Cedar Creek Lake.** I’m pleased to announce in 2023 to better meet the needs of my growing business I’ve formed the Debbie French Real Estate Group. In our first year as a group we closed over 81 transactions and sold over $43 million of real estate. Out of over 2000 Ebby agents I placed #2 of the top 55 Individual Agents in 2021. I have sold over $363 million in properties and closed over 930 transactions in my 19 year career.
