While waterfront properties are my specialty, I also sell off water residential, acreage, farm and ranch and commercial properties. In 2020 Ebby Halliday acquired Johnson Monroe Realtors, the #1 Cedar Creek Lake Broker for 35 years. After a 15 year career with Johnson Monroe, I left as top producing agent and joined Ebby Halliday continuing my career as the #1 Agent at the #1 Real Estate Company at Cedar Creek Lake. Out of over 2000 Ebby agents in my first and second year at Ebby I placed #2 of the top 55 Individual Agents. I also ranked among the top 1.49% of 1.6 million real estate professionals in the United States. In 2023 to meet the needs of my growing business I formed the Debbie French Real Estate Group. Since 2023 as a group we have closed over 200 transactions and sold over $134 million of real estate making us the number one real estate group at Cedar Creek Lake. Each year, we rank among the top-producing teams of three or more members company-wide at Ebby Halliday. In total I have sold over $429 million in properties and closed over 1000 transactions in my 20 year career.
