Debbie grew up in Dallas and moved to the lake 20 years ago where she raised 4 children as a single mom while building her real estate career. In 2022 she sold over 55 million making her the top producing agent on the lake.

John Hassell, “The Lake Guy,”  also grew up in Dallas and bought, sold and enjoyed several homes on Cedar Creek Lake with his family as a weekend get away. Because of his knowledge of the lake John’s friends would often seek out his advice when looking for a property.  When he sold his dry cleaning businesses over 20 years ago he decided to move here full time and get paid for that advice.

Ashley Trejo grew up at Cedar Creek Lake. After making top producer in Insurance in multiple states within the agencies she worked as well as making partner at her most recent Texas agency she decided to move back home to be closer to her family. Real estate peaked her interest as a single mom to her son Levi,  she knew she could provide a wonderful life to him as well as become a very successful agent sitting at Debbie’s side and gleaning from her. The lake lifestyle drew her back. She is an avid adventurer and enjoys hiking, anything thrill seeking and traveling. She has been Debbie’s right hand for almost a year where Ashley’s professional career and dedication to helping Debbie provide excellent customer service has been an integral part of Debbie’s  success.

Caitlin Fuller graduated from Canton High School knowing that she wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate. After passing all exams to be a Realtor she joined Ebby Halliday at Cedar Creek Lake. Caitlin is very skilled in cultivating relationships with people as she is gifted in being personable and able to relate to so many individuals. She is eager to walk alongside Debbie as her Listing Coordinator and expand her real estate expertise from such a well skilled and developed agent like Debbie. Caitlin enjoys reading, going to concerts, spending time with her dog Goose. She enjoys spending quality time with her family playing pickleball, cornhole and other family oriented activities.  Caitlin has persisted in utilizing the tools necessary to gain knowledge in the Real Estate industry and she is a valuable asset to the Debbie French Real Estate Team.

Tim grew up in the town of Midland, TX where his dad started a fledging oil & gas company that through hard work grew to be a successful independent oil company. This taught Tim that success comes not through luck but hard work, integrity, and honesty. Tim eventually settled in Dallas where he lived when he purchased his first lake house 20 years ago at Cedar Creek Lake. He has owned several properties here over the years. In 2010, he purchased a 24 acre ranch in Mabank and expanded it to 100 acres. The ranch started as a cattle business and eventually transformed into an equestrian center where they trained in the English and Dressage disciplines. When not helping people in real estate or working on his ranch, he enjoys traveling nationally and internationally.
