Tim grew up in the town of Midland, TX where his dad started a fledging oil & gas company that through hard work grew to be a successful independent oil company. This taught Tim that success comes not through luck but hard work, integrity, and honesty. Tim eventually settled in Dallas where he lived when he purchased his first lake house 20 years ago at Cedar Creek Lake. He has owned several properties here over the years. In 2010, he purchased a 24 acre ranch in Mabank and expanded it to 100 acres. The ranch started as a cattle business and eventually transformed into an equestrian center where they trained in the English and Dressage disciplines.
