Debbie was outstanding. My wife and I have bought and sold several Texas homes over the past 35 plus years and have yet to meet a Realtor as competent and knowledgeable as Debbie French. Wow! I have been looking for lake homes at various different lakes utilizing real estate agents that lived on those specific lakes. I have to say, that when it came to viewing homes on Cedar Creek, I am so grateful that I chose Debbie. This realtor is "on her game"! She is very knowledgeable, not only with the specific homes that we visited, but also the entire lake and business community. She took the time to point out different locations around the town that would be useful if I were to own a home on Cedar Creek Lake. She also pointed out her concerns with different properties when it came to depth of water (very important if your buying a home on the waterfront). She is very professional, and really took the time to get to know what I was looking for. While I ended up selecting a home on a different lake, I have to say that hands down, Debbie French was by far the best realtor I dealt with.
