Debbie grew up in Dallas and moved to the lake 20 years ago where she raised 4 children as a single mom while building her real estate career. In 2022 she sold over 55 million making her the top producing agent on the lake.

John Hassell, “The Lake Guy,”  also grew up in Dallas and bought, sold and enjoyed several homes on Cedar Creek Lake with his family as a weekend get away. Because of his knowledge of the lake John’s friends would often seek out his advice when looking for a property.  When he sold his dry cleaning businesses over 20 years ago he decided to move here full time and get paid for that advice.

Victoria French has real estate in her blood. She attended her first closing with Debbie at the age of 6. Picking her up from school and going with Debbie to meet a buyer to show a house at the last minute was not uncommon. She learned more about real estate from hearing Debbie’s countless hours on the phone than any real estate course could ever teach. After graduating from Texas Tech in May 2022 Victoria joined Ebby and hit the ground running with enthusiasm and hard work closing several deals and now ranking 5 times being a top producer at Ebby within her first year. 

Ashley Trejo grew up at Cedar Creek Lake. After making top producer in Insurance in multiple states within the agencies she worked as well as making partner at her most recent Texas agency she decided to move back home to be closer to her family. Real estate peaked her interest as a single mom to her son Levi,  she knew she could provide a wonderful life to him as well as become a very successful agent sitting at Debbie’s side and gleaning from her. The lake lifestyle drew her back. She is an avid adventurer and enjoys hiking, anything thrill seeking and traveling. She has been Debbie’s right hand for almost a year where Ashley’s professional career and dedication to helping Debbie provide excellent customer service has been an integral part of Debbie’s  success.
